I’m a Master Life Coach with a background in Education, Positive Psychology, and Rapid Transformational Coaching. I’ve guided hundreds of women in creating meaningful, joy-filled lives after loss or change. I’m a mom of three amazing adult children, a proud grandma, and someone who truly believes that we create our own happiness. My approach is compassionate, practical, and encouraging—like talking to a trusted friend who also happens to have the tools to help you move forward.
